印花纸是一种转移印刷工艺，与其他直接网印相比，使用更简便，只需把转印纸图案放在织物（布片）等被转印物的表面，然后用烫画机或电熨斗压烫若干秒钟后图案会转印在物体上，方便快捷。转印纸可以代替传统刺绣和印花，而成本却低于一般的刺绣和多色套印花。现已广泛用于服装、T恤、箱包、手袋、鞋帽、袜子、手套、围裙、工艺品等针纺织制品、塑料制品、竹木制品、玻璃制品、金属制品等。
